The Splashing Pearls is a newer, quirkier, fun-loving band of original music written by Peter Scobell. The band features Larkin Salemi (aka Larkin Pearl) on vocals, steel drums and percussion, Peter Scobell (aka Peter Splashing) on acoustic guitar, ukelele, banjo, drums and harmonica, many of them at the same time! I (Cooke The) am on upright bass plucking and sawing away!

It makes it extremely difficult to categorize a band that goes from bonnie raitt, kelly clarkson and coldplay to gavin degraw, marvin gaye and back to gladys knight, carrie underwood and kings of leon! we love the diversity and being able to keep a crowd of multiple generations dancing together! driven by three and four part harmonies and a heart pumping rhythm section, the essentials are: dorothy & roger hoilman, tony kukulich, cooke harvey and dan sarkissian.
Charlotte Hash who has one of the few remaining Delaware Bands of the 1980's in Heavenly Hash also fronts the trio Dry Martini supported by the inimitable Frank Baldo on guitar, vocals and drum machine. It is a pleasure to join these folks for some rock, jazz, pop and island music. Small footprint - big sound!
